This output was carried out under the coordination and leadership of Sakarya University. All other partners were equally responsible.
The e-learning platform is an important output because the training modules developed within the scope of the project are digital presentation slides. It provides benefits in terms of originality, dissemination and sustainability of the project. As described in Output 2, a total of 24 training modules developed for homeless people, homeless families and professional staff working with homeless people were integrated into the e-learning platform on the project website. During the integration process, video shootings of the training modules were made and these videos were supported with written and visual materials and transferred to the website. Each content was prepared in 5 different languages, including the languages of the project partners and English. The e-learning platform deployed to the project website was opened to access with Sakarya University virtual infrastructure, and sufficient space was created to be used for an unlimited period. This situation was designed to remain open to access for many years after the project. Thus, it paved the way for the e-learning platform to remain online indefinitely. Registration system was introduced for the use of the e-learning platform. With the membership system, the participants who are homeless, homeless family member and professional staff have access to the education and content that is of interest to them. After the registration phase, a 5-question preliminary test was created to analyze the expectations of the participants before the training and multiple-choice exams were created to confirm the success of the training they received at the end of the training. Each participant has the right to receive a certificate provided that he/she has successfully completed 80% of the trainings in his/her category. Afterwards, the participants who completed the final test questions had the opportunity to obtain their certificates. Thus, a total of 6 certificates have been created for the homeless, 1 for the homeless families and 1 for the professional staff. Although it was committed before the project that a total of 110 participants, 50 from Turkey and 20 from Austria, Italy and Hungary, will be members of the e-learning platform, a number far beyond the number committed has been reached and the number of individuals receiving education continues to increase instantly.
