In order to prevent discrimination of disabled and homeless people who do not have a relative or a home to care, they are not exposed to discrimination in social life, access to information, education and employment processes.

The studies for providing care for disabled and orphanages in official and private care institutions and providing economic support in order to eliminate the risk of being homeless due to economic deprivation at home, but also carried out by the Provincial Directorate of Family and Social Services.
