- Developing new methods for helping homeless people by concentrating on their social and psychological needs, demands and characteristics (psychological standings of them and their families, general trends of existence of harmful addictions among them, etc.)
- Developing innovative training and rehabilitation modules/programs/curricula for homeless people and other target groups
- Guiding and rehabilitating homeless people for encouraing them in earning their keep and become a beneficial individual for himself/herself and for the society
- Revealing the economic and educational backgrounds, needs, demands and characteristics (psychological standings, existence of any addiction and crime among them etc.) of homeless people and their families
- Providing exchange of best practices among partner countries and also searching for other best practices in the world
- Pioneering social inclusion of homeless people via training clubs and other social activities; showing them the virtues of a regular life
- Training homelessness people about job opportunities, local labor market, legal issues, public and private aid opportunities and organizations in the vicinity
- Implementing these modules/programs/curricula to homeless persons, their families and attendants working with them during some period and measuring efficiency
